Bring your team to learn how every person within your organization can harness the power of entrepreneurship to propel your company to new levels of success.

Beating the natural life cycle of organizations is tough. In the beginning, the entrepreneurial spirit fuels the start-up and creates high growth. Over time, managing this and that become more important than making this and selling that. Meetings, reports, and self-perpetuating bureaucracy erupt on every front. Decline sets in and, unchecked, you’re on your way to demise. There is a way to fix this mess! Get everyone focused on the entrepreneurial basics. The key to growth in the hyper-competitive 21st century is old-fashioned entrepreneurship! In this seminar, entrepreneurial behavior is distilled into a series of business practices that every employee in any company can use. Join us to learn how to instill those practices into your organization.
