Start Co. finalizes international partnership

(Memphis Business Journal) Memphis-based Start Co. is going global. Start Co., which is the parent organization of Seed Hatchery, Upstart and the upcoming Sparkgap small business accelerators, has formed a partnership with Angaros Group, a Singapore-based boutique investment firm.
